Google Data Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Yiwu Beebay Trade Co., Ltd. (CNBeebay) handles Google user data through the CNBeebay Ads Research application. It supplements CNBeebay's general Business Inquiry Privacy Notice.

Data the application may access

After an authorized user grants OAuth permission, the application may access Google Ads customer and account identifiers, keyword ideas, planning estimates, campaign metadata and reporting metrics. The exact data available depends on the Google Ads account and permissions selected by the user.

How the data is used

Google Ads data is used only to perform internal keyword research, understand market demand, compare search themes and prepare related business analysis for CNBeebay. The application does not use Google Ads data to create unrelated user profiles or to make automated decisions about individuals.

Storage and security

OAuth credentials, access tokens and retrieved data are restricted to authorized personnel and systems used for the application. CNBeebay applies reasonable administrative and technical safeguards and limits access according to the person's business responsibilities. Passwords for Google Accounts are never collected by CNBeebay.

Sharing and transfer

CNBeebay does not sell Google user data or share it with data brokers. Data may be processed by infrastructure providers acting for CNBeebay when required to operate and secure the application, or disclosed when required by applicable law. Those providers are limited to the data necessary to perform their services.

Retention and deletion

OAuth tokens are retained only while the authorization is active and needed for the application. Raw Google Ads API responses and identifiable account-level working data are retained for no longer than 90 days unless a shorter period is requested or a longer period is required by law. Aggregated research that no longer identifies a Google Ads account may be retained as an internal business record. When access is revoked, CNBeebay stops new collection and deletes retained OAuth tokens and associated account-level working data within 30 days, subject to legal retention obligations.

User choices and requests

Users may revoke CNBeebay Ads Research through their Google Account's third-party connection settings. To request access, correction or deletion, or to ask a privacy question, email jeffrey@cnbeebay.com. CNBeebay may ask for information needed to verify the requester and locate the relevant authorization.

Google API Services User Data Policy

CNBeebay's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Changes to this notice

CNBeebay may update this notice when the application, applicable law or Google API requirements change. The effective date shown above will be revised when a material update is published.
